Förderungsprogramm für KMU - HORIZON 2020

Das themenoffene KMU-Instrument im Rahmen des EU-Forschungs- und Innovationsprogramms Horizon 2020 richtet sich ausschließlich an kleine und mittlere Unternehmen mit Wachstumspotenzial.

Ideen mit hohem Innovationsgrad und europäisch bzw. international ausgerichteter Geschäftstätigkeit. Hier können KMU ihre konkreten Ideen zur Marktreife entwickeln. KMU dürfen, müssen aber nicht, wissenschaftliche Partner durch Aufträge einbinden. Im Gegensatz zu früheren KMU-Programmen ist bei dem neuen KMU-Instrument auch eine Einzelantragsstellung möglich.

Das KMU-Instrument ist ein Querschnittsthema und findet sich bei den Themen in den Programmschwerpunkten "Gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen" und "Führende Rolle der Industrie".

Das KMU-Instrument ist dreiphasig, die ersten beiden Phasen werden durch die EU gefördert. In Phase 1 ist eine Pauschalfinanzierung für Machbarkeits- oder Durchführungsstudien (sechs Monate, 50.000 Euro) vorgesehen. Phase 2 sieht eine 70 % Förderung für FuE- und Demonstrationsprojekte vor. Phase 3 soll sich auf die Einführung in den Markt konzentrieren.


Aufrufe für Phase 1 Projekte

Projektanträge können jederzeit eingereicht werden, mit insgesamt vier Stichtagen pro Jahr für die Auswertung der eingereichten Anträge: 24.02.2016, 03.05.2016, 07.09.2016, 09.11.2016, 15.02.2017, 03.05.2017, 06.09.2017 und 08.11.2017.
